IBM Master Data Management MDM

MGPS is seeking a fully cleared IBM Master Data Manager Engineer.

Position: IBM Master Data Management (MDM)

Clearance: TS/SCI FSP

Location: Reston (100% onsite)

Clearance: TS/SCI FSP

Hours: 40/wk through March 2025 at a minimum.

Scope:

Provide administration and expertise of IBM Master Data Management (MDM) SE version 11.x product implementation and customization based on customer requirements.

Review Asis MDM environment and identify data quality gaps performance issues and/or configuration issues.

Designs and develops customized MDM code and interfaces to support data correlation/probabilistic matching/entity resolution.

Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement using Java JavaScript Python SpringBoot Hibernate.

Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon

Develop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies.

Develop prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services.

Coordinate closely with team members Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases.

Analyze (though proof of concept performance and endtoend testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs.

Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices.

Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub Jenkins Unix bash scripting.

Document and Perform systems software development including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leveraging GitFlow constructs.

Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.

Leverage Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities.

Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures.

Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.

Ideally they also have AWS Cloud expertise.

Requirements

1. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with administration and implementation of IBM Master Data Management (MDM) SE version 11.x including customization based on customer requirements.

2. (Mandatory) Proven ability to review existing MDM environments to identify data quality gaps performance issues and configuration issues.

3. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience designing and developing customized MDM code and interfaces for data correlation probabilistic matching and entity resolution.

4. (Mandatory) Experience in software programming using Java JavaScript Python SpringBoot and Hibernate.

5. (Mandatory) Experience developing and directing software system validation and testing methods specifically using Junit and Katalon.

6. (Mandatory) Proven ability to develop and integrate custom software solutions leveraging automated deployment technologies.

7. (Mandatory) Experience developing prototyping and deploying solutions within commercial cloud environments leveraging infrastructure platform services.

8. (Mandatory) Demonstrated ability to coordinate closely with team members Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of User Stories with customer use cases.

9. (Mandatory) Experience analyzing infrastructure needs through proof of concept performance and endtoend testing to meet customer mission needs.

10. (Mandatory) Experience supporting the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices.

11. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience using industryleading DevOps tools like GitHub Jenkins and Unix Bash scripting.
