Electrician

This is a fulltime position; with some on call weekends

The person in this position as in all positions in our company is expected to show respect for people always; customers vendors fellow employees and others. This needs to be reflected in all contact while representing our company.

It is expected that the person in this position will work productively and efficiently and will perform work to our company standards and the NEC

This person reports directly to the Manager

Must always maintain a profession clean image

Company uniform must be worn as required.

Company truck must be kept clean neat and organized inside and outside

Company ID badge must always be worn when greeting customers and collecting payment

Communicate with Manager or CSR throughout the day to review job progress schedule problems or changes.

Continually communicate with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Communicate back to the office and debrief after each call

Establish rapport with clients and build value

Present pricing to customers using the StraightForward Pricing Guide

Perform inspections and present options to the customer

Never sell the customer something that they do not need

Explain to the client what service you are performing and why. Show the client how the company provides superior service and build value

Double check all aspects of the work completed and job site to ensure no callbacks. Review all details with customer and ensure satisfaction before leaving the home

Be responsible for quality control and cleanliness of each job including supervising other employees of WCE

Deliver invoices to customers and collect payments before leaving

Continually communicate with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues immediately whenever possible

Actively participate in company training meetings for continued improvement

Meet or exceed company minimum goals

Actively contribute to building the company s culture. Act as a part of the team and encourage others to excel

Maintain stock levels cleanliness and organization of company truck

Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.

Requirements

A positive attitude

Prior electrical experience in relative types of work

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to accomplish goals and objectives in an unsupervised environment

Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

Valid Driver s License

Drug Free Must be able to pass random drug testing

Clean criminal record
