Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking ahighly skilled and creative Pastry &Bakery Chef to join our talented culinary team. The ideal candidate wil have apassion for baking and pastry arts akeen eye for detail and acommitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Production: Prepare a wide variety of pastries desserts breads and other baked goods following traditional and modern recipes.
Innovation: Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
Presentation: Design and decorate pastries and desserts in a visually appealing manner to enhance the guest experience.
Quality Control: Ensure the consistency quality and taste of all baked goods produced in the kitchen.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of baking ingredients ensuring fresh and high quality supplies.
Cost Control: Maintain cost control and minimize waste while adhering to the budgetary constraints.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following hygiene and sanitation guidelines and regulations.

Team Leadership: Train mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff ensuring adherence to standards and fostering a positive work environment.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to get feedback and take special requests for custom orders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef Baker or relevant role in a luxury or highend restaurant.
Indepth knowledge of pastry baking and confectionery techniques and practices.
Creativity and artistic ability for designing visually appealing desserts. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties & Skills required: Should have formal educational qualifications in Poultry / animal science and experience in Poultry. Should be an expert in the poultry field. Knowledge in other areas ( farming , other livestock ) not a must . Strong knowledge on all diseases relating to poultry. Prevention and control methods Able to create and enforce sops. Able to create suitable nutritional organic diet for poultry. Recommend best stress-free environment for raising chicken. Quality control in coordination with in-house lab. Very passionate in poultry field Able to work with a team (no ego no attitude) Work Environment: The position requires you to work both inside and in outside conditions, throughout the year. There is a physical aspect to the role requiring at times, lifting and other physical works. The Company will provide the necessary protective equipment and clothing along with Company policy document and procedures to ensure safe working environment.
