Job Mission

As the Head of Product you will spearhead our product management efforts revolutionising the career landscape for skilled bluecollar workers. Your focus goes beyond merely building highquality products and teams that drive business success; its about making a positive difference in the lives of our users and society. Were innovators driven by a commitment to serving our users who are often overlooked in traditional employment spaces and were proud to be one of the few software startups building products for the underserved segment of skilled bluecollar.

Youll have the unique opportunity to shape both our consumer and B2B offerings. As the top product leader within a company that has already achieved early productmarketfit youll operate in a small team alongside strong peers at a stage where our product is still evolving and open to innovative approaches. Together youll make a significant impact in shaping how we develop our products and gotomarket strategies to achieve our mission of making skilled bluecollar work attractive.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the product management organisation overseeing hiring performance management and coaching efforts to cultivate a highperforming team.
  • Implement best practices in product management emphasising innovation and a focus on underserved user segments.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision strategy and roadmap aligning with our mission to make a meaningful impact.
  • Oversee key projects such as enhancing core job mechanisms and facilitating direct communication between companies and workers.
  • Partner closely with design engineering marketing sales customer success and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives from ideation through design execution launch outcomes and iteration.
  • Define and optimise organisational structures to enhance innovation efficiency and collaboration.
  • Define monitor and analyse product metrics and use learnings to identify and prioritise opportunities.
  • Explore future bets for education and upskilling initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of product management experience in a marketplace or consumer product at a startup (Series A to Series C).
  • Experience leading teams of at least 5 product managers providing coaching and support.
  • Strong product sense and the ability to make challenging product decisions.
  • Drive fast paced execution of high quality products (we aim for high speed & high quality).
  • Proficiency in implementing effective product development processes.
  • Analytical and datadriven decisonmaking skills to break down complexity into clarity.
  • Skill in crafting clear and compelling product strategies and translating them into actionable plans for teams.
  • Experience in structuring teams and navigating tradeoffs in organisational design within R&D departments.
  • Empathetic collaborative and strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
