- Lead, direct, and own the Merchant Acquisition Business.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to acquire new merchants and partners
- Effectively capture market share by understanding Property & Land Development industry dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business goal. Strategically position our services to maximise revenue.
- Lead and inspire a large team of agents and professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment. Ensure team members are aligned with business goals and motivated to excel.
