We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with indepth knowledge of the Business Planning and Control System (BPCS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing our BPCS ERP system to support our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the BPCS ERP system ensuring its stability reliability and performance.

Implementation and Upgrades: Lead and manage the implementation of BPCS modules and system upgrades. Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.

User Support: Provide support and training to endusers troubleshoot system issues and resolve user inquiries related to BPCS.

Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better utilization of BPCS functionalities.

Customization and Integration: Work with IT and business teams to customize BPCS modules to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems.

Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the BPCS system. Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations and support decisionmaking.

Compliance and Security: Ensure that the BPCS system complies with relevant regulations and security standards. Implement necessary controls to protect data and system integrity.

Project Management: Manage ERPrelated projects including planning execution monitoring and reporting.
