Job Description
Our client is a leading Fintech company with an innovative payment solutions and services. They have built a trusted payment infrastructure that allows digital payment possibility without hassles. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technical Operations to oversee their technical infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management providing a strategic advantage in aligning technical operations with product development and business objectives.

- Lead and manage the technical operations team ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for technical infrastructure aligning with product development goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product marketing sales and customer support to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
- Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
- Ensure the scalability security and reliability of technical operations.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets resource allocation and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
- Resolve complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in technical operations role.
- Proven experience in technical operations and product management.
- Strong understanding of technical infrastructure including cloud services networking and security.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a highgrowth tech environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successful project and resource management.
