What You ll Do

As the SEO Manager youll lead a small team of (selfproclaimed) SEO nerds working on improving our clients Search Engine performance. Equipped with your SEO experience critical thinking leadership problemsolving and creative strategizing skills to help develop plan and lead client campaigns.

Supporting our clients BIG PICTURE youll collaborate with various team members across SEO Content Digital PR and Client Services to secure the brands SEO success while informing our POCs about the SEO happening (and can communicate your insights internally).

Since you love making datadriven decisions youll analyze current performance and identify outofthebox opportunities that will be noticeable gamechangers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Progression in trackable client SEO metrics.

  • Develop and plan the execution of Client SEO strategies.

  • Present work confidently and persuasively for client buyin.

  • Plan collaborate and delegate the campaign roadmap in our PM system with our PM ensuring successful ontime and quality delivery schedules.

  • Data analysis to measure track and report on SEO performance showcasing how the data is transcribed into realworld actions.

  • Locate gaps and roadblocks standing in the way of SEO success.

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager on adhoc client questions.

  • Stay current with marketing SEO algorithm and technology trends.

  • Identify gaps and improve our current workflow & processes.

  • Ensure direct report success.


Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • 3 years of Search Engine Optimization experience.

  • 1 years of client interaction.

  • 1 years in managing a team.

  • Ability to create strategize and justify SEO recommendations both internally & externally.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

  • Excellent organizational multitasking decisionmaking & timemanagement skills.

  • Experience in thirdparty tools including Search Console Google Analytics Ahrefs Semrush Google Drive Screaming Frog Sitebulb (or similar) & other industrystandard tools.

  • Professional but also personal demeanor.

  • Meticulousness attention to detail.

  • Effective problem solver.
