We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager I Intensive Care in a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- The clinical nurse manager will work closely with the CNMII following their guidance and expertise.
- Coordinating and leading a team of dedicated staff members in the seamless implementation and delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Committed to ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
- The nurse in charge is responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care within their designated area. They are also tasked with effectively managing resources providing leadership to the team and assuming accountability for all nursing activities in their area.
- Must as a role model promote best practices in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide support assistance and facilitation to colleagues to help them achieve specific critical success.
Requirements
- Registered general nurse
- Be on the live register with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
- Hold a recognised post registration qualification in critical care nursing or intensive care nursing
- Have a minimum of five years fulltime post registration clinical experience three of which must be within the critical care or related area
- Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
