Business Analyst - Consumer Lending

Good understanding of the loan origination lifecycle and experience working on leading Loan origination systems operating in India geography

Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis Design Build Testing and Delivery

Facilitate Requirement discussion with business owners and technical developers gather document and manage requirements.

Proficient in creating Requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)

Preferably Agile experience EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA Confluence

Participate in client engagement (pursuits projects discussions) and provide value add to the client from a domain/business point of view

Excellent communication & presentation skills Excellent stakeholder management clear communication and timely reporting

Requirements
