About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecom Recruiter (Remote) to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical positions in KSA region. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs source and screen qualified candidates and manage the interview process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent in the region.
  • Utilize various online recruiting platforms social media and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct technical interviews to assess candidates skills and experience.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in the KSA tech industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies for the KSA region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom recruitment of KSA.
  • Strong understanding of the Gulf tech industry and its specific needs.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • A strong understanding of technical skills and terminology (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
