Ability to make sensible independent decisions with limited supervision
Customer Focus Diligence and sense of urgency in getting tasks completed
Computer/Software Skills Basic typing and knowledge of email communications
High school or GED minimum
Technical or trade school a plus
Mailroom Admin Manager duties:
Check supplies for office supplies paper toner etc
Submit order to Facility Manager for placement
Help coordinate large conference room schedules
Work with Fitness Center personnel
