Job Description:

Technical Writer specializing in Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform will play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive documentation that enables our users to effectively utilize our platforms features functionalities & APIs. She/he will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency in all technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Creation: Develop clear concise and userfriendly documentation including user guides API documentation release notes and technical specifications for our DAM platform.

2. Content Maintenance: Regularly update existing documentation to reflect new features enhancements and changes to the platform ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers software engineers UI/UX designers and ensure alignment on documentation requirements.

4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of documentation to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency with the platforms functionality.

5. User Support: Assist users in troubleshooting issues by providing clear and concise documentation tutorials and FAQs to address common challenges and inquiries.

6. Training Materials: Develop training materials and resources including online tutorials video demos and knowledge base articles to facilitate user onboarding and adoption of the DAM platform.

7. Documentation Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards templates and style guides to ensure consistency and uniformity across all documentation.
