strategies programs and tactics that build brand credibility with the trade. The role holder drives shopper
demand and delivers top line and bottomline growth to the business. She/he connects the Marketing
strategy with Key Retailers strategies with focus on shortterm initiatives and longterm strategic planning as
well as overall customer development by channel.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Based on data analytics (market trends and shopper behavior) provide trade strategies to achieve
business objectives. Aligned with mkt priorities & sales goals.
Drive and execute perfect store execution to ensure categories visibility and rotation. Improving clients
product assortment pricing and merchandising (both instore and online)
Lead the company net revenue management. Including tariffs analysis and implementation.
Develop Customer selling stories (both national and account specific) and coordinate Customers line
reviews to help drive top line sales awareness and trial of products.
Collaborate closely with sales and mkt department to better develop trade strategies that drive sales
growth and improve market share
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree Business Administration with focus on Marketing or Sales beneficial.
Minimum 2 years of functional experience in Trade Marketing or Sales function in ConsumerPackaged
Goods.
Clear understanding of major retail customers & buyer trade / sales processes.
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
