Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead clinical transformation initiatives resulting in measurable improvements in patient outcomes
- Drive strategic planning and implementation of acute care service line development
- Build and mentor highperforming nursing teams across MedSurg and ICU units
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality of care
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Champion evidencebased practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation effectively
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of clinical leadership in acute care settings
- Experience driving quality metrics and patient satisfaction scores
- Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellence in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Background in process improvement and change management
- Current RN licensure in Montana or eligible for licensure
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
- 5 years acute care clinical leadership experience
- MedSurg or ICU nursing competency
- ACLS and BLS certification
