Content Manager

The Review and Approval (R&A) Lead for mid size markets (MSM)is a key member of the Commercial Operations infrastructure who delivers operational excellence through partnerships and relationship management across the market reporting into the EU Regional Structure. The R&A Lead for MSM will develop and implement process strategies for the review and approval of promotional and nonpromotional materials consistent with local market needs. This position requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who demonstrates a depth of operations expertise pharmaceutical industry regulations/ promotional material review standards and enablement capabilities to support continuously evolving business needs. The R&A Lead for MSM will serve as both the operational and key liaison for promotional content review and approval for the Mid size EU markets.

Role Responsibilities. The RA Lead for MSM will partner with key local business stakeholders and colleagues across Commercial Operations to provide input and SME operational support for the deployment of existing and new processes systems and policies related to promotional content. Partners with commercial operations colleagues to provide operations support across all MSM BUs. Accountable for updating and maintaining the local market addendum.

Acts as a single point of contact for Commercial Quality for internal audits. Provides requested information for any quality events.

Serves as subject matter expert for compliant review and approval of client Content through GCMA/ Adobe and Process/Procedure/Addendum alignment.

Works closely with brand marketing and channel enablement teams to ensure content is effectively reviewed and deployed.

Provides oversight and reporting of Content Review & Validation serving as an SME.

SME in workflow management. (GCMA Review & Approval Processes).

Identifies and implements best practices across review/approval landscape and participates in projects within the R&A global vertical to evolve process systems and policy.

This role will be a key member of the R&A EU team and will report to the R&A EU Regional Director.

BA/BSc Preferred.

Extensive Commercial experience preferably in brand marketing.

CrossBU and/or diversity of job experiences.

Solid knowledge of GCMA.

Solid knowledge of global/local content policies.

Experience with content management processes.

Solid knowledge of excel to execute ad hoc analysis upon request.

Experience in project management.

Excellent communication skills.

Proven track record of contributing to the completion of project tasks and/or milestones.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and relative business levers together with regulatory/compliance aspects.

Possesses a deep understanding of business landscape in MSM and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Content Enablement activities.

Ability to process unstructured data sources and produce structured reports.

Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion under supervision in expedited timelines.

Previous experience in communication/advertising agencies is not mandatory but very much appreciated.
