Job Description

Job title: VP Delivery Executive Location: Chennai Grade: F
The Opportunity Capgemini is seeking a Vice President level executive to drive business impact and securing the strategic goals and objectives for key clients of Capgemini Business Services. As face of Capgemini Business Services for Clevel client stakeholders is expected to represent and secure our clients brand with their customers stakeholders and investors (NPS other customer experience programs). The key success factors of the role include building strong client partnerships executing a strong delivery and transformation organization managing to the contract and growth of the engagement.
This person will be responsible for:
Delivering additional commercial and profitable value to Capgemini Business Services
Shaping up and cocreating where needed proactive proposals with client leading to a sole source renewal and expansion.
Should be a strong Influencer at clients C Suite and should be able articulate our value proposition capability to become and sustain being a strategic partner.
Accountable for engagement budget and actuals in particular delivering the expected outcomebased revenue and margin
Bringing inspiration and new industry developments to clients and leading by example across Business Services and the Group to bring the expertise forward on Business Services account(s) from transformation delivery and technology
Delivering over and above to our clients and converting the customer delight into recognition and growth owning clients and Capgemini Business Services reputation Bringing the power of the Group to client account(s) and orchestrating other parts of the Groups portfolio beyond Business Services to deliver outcomes to the client
Leading and shaping the market story on Capgemini Business Services value proposition
Leading partnerships with key stakeholders including clients partners 3rd parties and employees
Ensuring that operations are aligned with welldefined business outcomes
Driving the organizational transformation and being the guardian of contractual outcomes and the future agenda for the clientCapgemini Business Services partnership
Mitigating risks and serving as toplevel escalation point Being a good listener and be able to collaborate with various internal functions and business lines of Capgemini
Being an authentic leader and talent magnet. Be a mentor for Delivery leaders and groom future leaders Must have a strategic mindset supported by a strong track record in driving the results and achieving measurable outcomes as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Possess a deep understanding of industry technology and people market dynamics.
