Job Title: TESTER

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for new and existing software applications.
• Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices.
• Verify and validate bug fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG) is preferred.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
