Access Global Group is seeking an experienced (Operational Technology) OT Manager w/ CyberSecurity background to join our team in a full time capacity remotely with 25% remote travel within US.

We are seeking an Operational Technology Manager that is a US resident/authorized for subject matter expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive managerial experience with a deep technical background in the OT domain including direct experience with asset management using ServiceNow and vulnerability management using Tenable.
- Strong familiarity with OT vendors such as Schweitzer Siemens Allen Bradley Emerson and GE and the ability to leverage vendorspecific knowledge for system optimization and security.
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations relevant to OT such as NERC CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) and NIST CSF (Cybersecurity Framework) with a proven track record of maintaining compliance.
- Demonstrated success in leading OT cybersecurity transformation projects with expertise in networking architecture and the deployment of cybersecurity technologies in energy systems.
- A robust cybersecurity background with relevant certifications (CISSP CISM GICSP etc.) and experience with OT cybersecurity tools like Consoleworks Security Matters and intrusion detection systems
- Must be open to 25% US Travel

LOCATION Remote US Resident Required
