Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer at Midford MA Full time
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
End user Computing with Process and Service Operation knowledge.
Trouble Shootings and Good Communication Skills
Coordinate and implement processes and procedures to achieve optimal team workflow.
Vendor Management
Intune and application packaging
Day to day operation of our Office365 tenant
Printer management
Experience Required
1014 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
In a week 3 days need support from Milford location and 2 days from Manchester location.
Once a month if required need to travel to Cambridge.
Once a year if required need to travel to Cumberland Foreside. Effectively supervise work ensuring optimal performance of collaboration tools and preventing issues from arising which could later degrade the enduser experience.
