As a Business Information Analyst you will:

• Monitor incoming incidents and RFCs coordinating incidents to the appropriate expert teams.
  
• Monitor and analyze progress and closing incidents.
  
• Review closed incidents together with team members proposing improvements in the (current) way of working.
  
• Perform detailed analysis of operational data based on incoming incidents and identify process improvements.
  
• Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UATs) collaborating as SPC with the users conducting the tests.
  
• Ensure UAT aftercare so that all defects and user feedback are resolved/addressed via RFCs in the ADO backlog.
  
• Be contractually strong speaking the language of the user fluently allowing you to clearly define the business requirement.
  
• Be a good listener and able to ask probing questions.
  
• Be analytically strong able to quickly get to the core of a problem and can express yourself explicitly in writing.
  
• Be familiar with operating in a complex stakeholder landscape.
  
• Know the Sourcing Contract Supplier and Risk module of SAP Ariba like no other oversee the EndtoEnd process set up in Ariba and can determine the impact of a change on all elements of that E2E process.
  
• Have an excellent command of Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• HBO/WO diploma/think level.
  
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Excellent command of Dutch and English language in word and writing.
