We are Trucksters a rising star(tup) in the brandnew digital techlogistics field.

What do we do We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing longhauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other we are improving the standard of trucking.

Your Mission at Trucksters


The Sales & Operations Intern (Student) is an entrylevel position within the Partner Acquisition department. This role primarily focuses on lead acquisition and qualification. As Sales Development Intern you will work closely with the partner acquisition team to generate interest engage with leads and assess their potential fit for the companys products or services. You are responsible for meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives set by the company.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Initiate proactive communications with existing prospects in the database through calls emails or other forms of contact to understand their transportation needs and specific characteristics.
  • Determine the interest level of potential customers and their fit with Trucksters value proposition through an effective qualification process.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to coordinate and schedule meetings with qualified prospects providing the necessary information and assisting in advance preparation to maximise the likelihood of success in the deal.

Our ideal candidate profile

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with leads build rapport and effectively convey the value proposition of the companys offerings.
  • Languages: Spanish English and Romanian.
  • Active Listening: Ability to actively listen and understand the needs pain points and interests of potential customers to accurately assess their fit.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team providing comprehensive information on qualified leads for seamless handoff and followup.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies industry trends and customer needs.
  • Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in business or a related field is often preferred but not always required for a SDR Intern position.
