Role Deliverables:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals with focus on influencer plans
- Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure growth of the page while keeping brand guidelines in mind.
- Identify target audience and appropriate influencers for campaigns.
- While the focus will be influencer management the candidate will be expected to work on overall content marketing for the brand and will be responsible for follower growth and page hygiene.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective influencer campaigns.
- Develop campaign briefs guidelines and objectives for influencers.
- Research and identify suitable influencers based on brand values target demographics and industry relevance.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers outlining terms deliverables and compensation.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Optimize influencer marketing strategies based on performance data and insights.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
