Roes Cooperativa established in the 2020s is a social cooperative enterprise founded by professional trainers social workers project managers and informal groups. Our aim is to create an alliance that fosters innovative experiential and nonformal education approaches. We are registered with the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) database of Greece (000).

Our Vision is to create an open world where everyone has learning opportunities to develop and grow.
Our Goal is to redefine experiential learning by offering fresh and professional educational programs through customized methods and approaches.

Due to the high speed of development Roes Cooperativa is now offering a Communications Manager position to a person willing to join its force around Athens Greece.

Main Tasks (Indicative)

• Communicate EU funded projects (Erasmus KA1 KA2 European Solidarity Corps and others) through various channels (visual and nonvisual online and offline).
• Oversee and organize communication channels and design productions for Roes Coop.
• Draft and develop new communication guidelines.
• Design and create visual materials and short videos.
• Lead a small team of young individuals in the design and communication aspects of EU programs.

Qualifications

• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with the Roes Coop brand.
• Proficiency in AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency or quick learning ability in Canva and CapCut.

Extra Qualifications

• Prior experience with the Erasmus program is highly appreciated.
• Work or Volunteering experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• A degree in design and/or communications is welcome but not mandatory.
