For its IT services Tektra is looking to attract a Belgianbased CO FOUNDER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

Description

As the CO FOUNDER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER you are an integral part of the existing Tektra founder and management team. You work directly together with the managing director. As such you take strong ownership towards the activation of our consultants the activity growth and development of the Tektra brand.


In essence you engage customers and assure placement of the Tektra onpayroll software consultants. You complement this with recruitment assignments when requested by the customer.


For you a typical workday is filled with various activities:


  • Tektra is not in the CV pushing business. You have intake interviews with the new Tektra consultants so that you can closely match them with suitable projects.

  • You are the first point of contact for all intermediates and vendors for staffing assignments. You monitor and respond to proposal requests and you maintain and develop preferred relationships.

  • You prospect and develop relations in various industries such as media finance tech or manufacturing to establish Tektra as a preferred supplier for IT staffing.

  • You prospect and develop a client base for the Search & Select recruitment services. These are often software departments in need of highly specialized software and data profiles.

  • You stay in touch with your customers for all feedback initiate proactive proposals and identify growth opportunities.

  • You contribute to marketing activities and you represent Tektra at various network events.



Requirements

For this crucial role Tektra is looking for a senior business developer with established experience in the IT staffing market.


  • You have a minimum of 10 years experience in sales or HR with at least 7 years in IT staffing. As a result the Belgian IT market holds no secrets for you and you can rely on a broad network.

  • You have a strong work ethic and you develop a high level of company intrapreneurship to facilitate the company performance and growth .

  • You are selfsteering and work in a processoriented fashion which contributes to the operational targets.

  • You are an excellent dealmaker and you are born to establish longlasting customer relations to enable consultancy assignments.

  • Fluent in Dutch French and English both written and spoken
