Job Description As a Spa Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and outstanding service delivery of our spa facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing a team of spa professionals, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will need to exercise creativity in designing special offers, up selling treatments, and retail items in the spa. Additionally you will be required to support team members in the reception area when needed. Qualifications • Experience working in the spa industry • Relevant experience for the role • Positive attitude • Good communication skills • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service • Excellent grooming standards • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations • Ability to work on your own or in teams
