Job Description: Corporate Sales Manager
Position Overview: The Corporate Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategies of a company. He/she would be responsible for overseeing the sales team developing marketing campaigns and ensuring the alignment of sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of leadership strategic thinking and handson execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Develop and drive the Promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends competitors and market developments.
- Develop corporate tie ups and roadshows to increase the awareness of Matrix
- Lead by example by visiting corporates schools and colleges university campus and other institutions to increase revenue for the Unit
- Set sales targets monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries feedback and concerns and work proactively to address them.
- Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
