Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Hydur, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive sales and expand our market presence. You will play a critical role in promoting and selling our premium fragrance products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about fragrances and has a knack for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers, including retail stores, online platforms, and individual clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Product Promotion and Training:
- Demonstrate and promote Hydur’s fragrance products to customers through presentations, samples, and promotional events.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Conduct training sessions for retail staff and customers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer preferences and market demand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the fragrance or lifestyle brand industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
