Job Description

  • Overall manage the corporate sales activities of the Local Arabic Accounts and International Accor Key Accounts.
  • Manage sales calls offers follow up and commercial relationships.
  • Formulate develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies and activities for both Hotels.
  • To ensure that relevant sales and marketing strategies are set tactical plans are created and implemented and results are monitored and achieved

Customer relations

  • Attend relevant functions to ensure that the Hotel has the appropriate focus / representation in the market
  • Maximize sales efficiency with strong presence in the market and actively participate on activities to intensify brand awareness.
  • Improve impact on Foreign markets by strengthening relationships with Accor / Ibis HQ and regional Sales & Marketing department.

Professional techniques / Production

  • Develops and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve budgeted revenues and other key performance indicators for both Hotels.
  • Promote a positive image of the two hotels in all forms and contract.
  • Achieve sales goals as set forth by the Hotel and yearly sales budget.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget and expenses.
  • Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
  • Provide relevant data for competitive market benchmarks for economic and political information and to anticipate market trends.
  • Optimize visibility and bookings locally / on websites / consortia / regional / international markets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market & competitive condition.
  • Boost sales activities with competition survey on segments season activity sectors and other relevant information

Management and administration

  • Participate in weekly sales group and conference meetings.
  • Development and implementation of the Hotel sales plan to ensure all revenue goals will be met and exceeded.
  • Adhere to quality standards in terms of offers follow ups appointments negotiation reflecting the highest sales professional ethics in the market.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years in Sales senior leadership role preferably in Economy /midscale brands
  • Highly motivated leader passionate and excellent communicator able to multi task and think quickly under pressure. People management skills interpersonal skills analytical skills problem solving skills and proficiency in office applications and hotel systems are also key prerequisites. Pre Opening Experience is an advantage.
