Graphic Designer Trainer - Training Plus Institute

We are looking for Graphic Designer professional trainers

The Instructor will be responsible for teaching courses

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current skill levels and training needs students
• Design and develop engaging interactive training modules covering topics such as:
• Design fundamentals (typography color theory layout)
• Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
• Digital marketing design (social media web banners email templates)
• Brand identity and asset creation
• Facilitate training sessions both inperson and virtually to maximize knowledge retention
• Provide oneonone coaching and feedback to help designers refine their skills
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and industry developments
• Collaborate with the creative leadership team to align training initiatives with business objectives
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of the training programs and continuously optimize

Requirements

• 3 years of professional graphic design experience preferably in an agency setting
• 2 years of experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design tools
• Thorough understanding of design principles user experience and visual storytelling
• Passion for continuous learning and a desire to share knowledge with others
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
