Inbound Supply Chain Manager Transportation Planning - Afaq - Warehouse Branch

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning of inbound freight into Fulfillment Centers and execution during peak and offpeak periods while maximizing vendor and seller experience.
This role involves driving critical decisions with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along with the ability to drive datadriven discussions.
The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical planning and written/verbal communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

• Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with an objective of minimizing cost and maximizing customer/seller experience
• Be owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization
• Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
• Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize endtoend supply chain losses
• Utilize exceptional problemsolving and communication skills to influence business operations and technical audiences
• Program management and driving decisionmaking across functional teams and senior leadership.
