At Funnel the Talent team is responsible for recruiting the amazing people that make up who we are. We work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements while also providing a bestinclass candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you will do

As a Talent Partner at Funnel you will work on all stages of talent acquisition source attract screen and assess candidates. This is an outgoing role where you will spend most of your time interacting with candidates and hiring managers. You will also participate in any of our team projects focused on data candidate experience quality of hire employer branding workforce planning events etc We will encourage you to come up with and drive any other projects that you feel are important to the teams success.

Skills and experience:

• Several years of work experience in a Talent Acquisition role ideally in an international rapid growth environment.

• Experience and interest in recruiting various roles with specific experience in Tech recruitment

• Experience in working with structured competencybased recruitment experience is a plus

• Working proficiency in English.

This role is located in Stockholm. We value inperson collaboration in the office and as such we work the majority of the time from our offices.
