Contribute to the company strategy with an Omnichannel approach driving knowledge competencies & behaviours dictated by the strategic roadmap and the competitive scene with focus on Sales & Service competencies for Customer Facing employees as per HQ directions and develop local programs adjusted to specific market needs.
