This role is based in Amsterdam and offers a hybrid work model though it is not fully remote.

Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Swap you will be instrumental in building our product from the ground up ensuring it is stable and scalable. You will join us during an exciting phase of hypergrowth helping to shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced product manager with 35 years of experience especially in ecommerce to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Lead endtoend product development from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.
• Take a handson approach to building products from scratch.

Crossfunctional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering design marketing and operations teams to drive successful product launches.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
• Analyze user feedback data and metrics to iterate and enhance products.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input build consensus and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• 35 years of proven product management experience with a focus on ecommerce.
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong handson experience in building products from the ground up.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
