Key Responsibilities:

Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists media outlets and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases and respond to media inquiries.
- Arrange and coordinate media interviews and press conferences.

Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters memos and announcements.

Social Media Management:
- Manage the organization’s social media accounts including creating and scheduling posts engaging with followers and monitoring social media trends.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute public events including press conferences community events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics marketing materials and media coverage for events.

Communication Strategy Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication plans and strategies.
