Job Overview: The Social Media Assistant will support the Social Media Manager in creating scheduling and analyzing content across various social media platforms. This role requires a passionate individual who is uptodate with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. The ideal candidate should be organized proactive and capable of creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Posting:

   • Schedule and publish content across various social media channels using scheduling tools like Hootsuite Buffer or similar platforms.
   • Monitor social media channels for community engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

2. Analytics and Reporting:

   • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates follower growth and website traffic.
   • Assist in analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

3. Community Management:

   • Engage with followers respond to inquiries and foster a sense of community across social media channels.
   • Monitor industry trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.
   • Collaborate with influencers partners and other stakeholders to expand our social media reach.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing editing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g. Canva Photoshop).
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
