Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend delivery of digital marketing campaigns for assigned clients ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Plan delegate and deliver monthly marketing deliverables across customer accounts and business units
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. SEO specialists content writers designers web developers marketers) to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients keeping them updated on project progress and results.
- Track and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Manage and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Implement delivery processes to ensure timely delivery of marketing programs
- Ensure quality of delivery is as per client expectations
- Create customer onboarding presentations
- Create weekly monthly quarterly client reporting processes
- Lead conversations with Clevel executives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in delivery/ project management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO SEM social media content marketing etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools
- Datadriven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Must have experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent agency experience preferred. * 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience. * Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD). * Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills * Attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
