Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our executives daytoday operations.

  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation coordinating orientations and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and distribute HRrelated documents including offer letters contracts and policy updates.
  • Input and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and general HRrelated matters.
  • Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment changes and addressing employee questions.
  • Assist in tracking employee leaves and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate HR meetings training sessions and events as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HRrelated matters.
  • Provide support to the HR team on special projects initiatives and other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and entrylevel candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • English fluency is a must.
