We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our executives daytoday operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation coordinating orientations and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and distribute HRrelated documents including offer letters contracts and policy updates.
- Input and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and general HRrelated matters.
- Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment changes and addressing employee questions.
- Assist in tracking employee leaves and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate HR meetings training sessions and events as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HRrelated matters.
- Provide support to the HR team on special projects initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entrylevel candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- English fluency is a must.
