Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customercentric Customer Service Representative (Spanish Native Portuguese) to join our growing team!

What can you expect in this role
- Deliver professional efficient and personalized service to customers via phone and email in Spanish.
- Leverage your fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese) and Spanish (LATAM or Spain dialect) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Collect screen and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Update information and submit daily and monthly reports.
- Impress customers with your excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with them.
- Proactively and autonomously improve the customer experience while also fostering teamwork.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes that elevate the customer experience across various communication channels (phone and email).

What are we looking for
- Native or fluent speaker of Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese).
- Native or fluent speaker of Spanish (LATAM or Spain dialect).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and Spanish.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and efficiently.
- Customercentric and a team player.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite email).
Required Documentation:
- Valid residence permit in Portugal.
- OR Manifestao de Interesse issued prior to December 2021 (with the QR code) not the online application.
- OR Refugee card
