We are seeking a dynamic and customercentric Customer Service Representative (Spanish Native Portuguese) to join our growing team!

What can you expect in this role

• Deliver professional efficient and personalized service to customers via phone and email in Spanish.
• Leverage your fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese) and Spanish (LATAM or Spain dialect) to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Collect screen and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Update information and submit daily and monthly reports.
• Impress customers with your excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with them.
• Proactively and autonomously improve the customer experience while also fostering teamwork.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes that elevate the customer experience across various communication channels (phone and email).

What are we looking for

• Native or fluent speaker of Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese).
• Native or fluent speaker of Spanish (LATAM or Spain dialect).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and Spanish.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and efficiently.
• Customercentric and a team player.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Office suite email).

• Valid residence permit in Portugal.
• OR Manifestao de Interesse issued prior to December 2021 (with the QR code) not the online application.
