- Job Title: Project Manager (Call Centre)
- Location: Cape Town South Africa
- Job Type: Fulltime
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of call centre projects
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets for new clients/ campaigns
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project success
- Lead and motivate project team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Skilled with Campaign and Operation projects within a BPO
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management
- Experience in the call centre industry is a must
