Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive in the Insurance industry at our office in Alpharetta GA.
Below are the details:

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to meet / exceed renewal timelines and comply with internal standards for such renewals
  • Strong inperson communications skills
  • Exemplary meeting leadership skills
  • Skilled in the communication and translation of technical insurance coverage issues to client
  • Independently uses knowledge of clients business operations in order to recommend insurance and/or risk management solutions
  • Skilled in spotting insurance and risk management issues within client contracts
  • Proficient in the review of existing policies to identify carrier errors needed endorsements coverage gaps etc
  • Capable of interpreting loss runs and providing clients with resulting findings and recommendations
  • Georgia Property & Casualty Agents license required
  • Account Executive experience with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Computer savvy with advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with certificate issuance and strong understanding of CGL coverage form
  • Excellent organizational skills individually and as a team leader
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Desire to learn and work in sports and entertainment industry

  • Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead service executive on company Engineering top tier accounts
  • Work directly with sophisticated Engineering clients to deliver exceptional service evaluate and respond to the unique needs of our clients businesses and build longterm relationships that drive client retention and loyalty
  • Independent servicing of clients daily needs consistent with company standards and procedures
  • Lead client meetings and calls independently
  • Proactively lead and drive renewal timeline on all accounts; consistently hit renewal timeline target dates
  • Regular travel for inperson client meetings
  • Regular presenter at client meetings and conferences
  • Comprehensively review and prepare insurance applications
  • Evaluate quotes for consistency with requested coverage and opportunities to negotiate improvements
  • Negotiate renewal terms and conditions directly with markets
  • Prepare renewal proposals and lead presentation of such proposals to clients
  • Effectively communicate with markets to bind coverage manage invoicing ensure accuracy of policies and process midterm coverage endorsements
  • This is a highly visible clientfacing role
  • The person filling this role is expected to arrive with a track record that demonstrates the following skill set:
    • Adept at managing relationships with CEOlevel executives within client companies
    • Proficient in developing a thorough understanding of a clients business operations
    • Highly responsive to client inquiries and requests (returns all calls / emails within 24 hours)
    • Capable of independently leading inperson client visits
    • Ability to deliver effective presentations to large groups
    • Proactive communicator with clients with a superior attention to detail in such communications
    • Ability to identify solutions to complex coverage issues
    • Ability to spot uninsured exposures and propose solutions
    • Strong negotiation skills particularly with markets
