Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Executive Recruiting Consultant to join our team. As an Executive Recruiting Consultant you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive talent for our clients. This is a fulltime commissiononly position that can be done remotely. However candidates must follow us on LinkedIn to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential executive candidates

Build and maintain a network of executivelevel professionals through various channels including LinkedIn job boards and referrals

Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications experience and cultural fit

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best executive talent

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding

Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive recruitment preferably in a fastpaced agency setting

Proven track record of successfully placing executivelevel candidates in various industries

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools

Must be selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work in a fastpaced environment

Must be able to work remotely and follow us on LinkedIn to be considered for this position
