Job Title: IT acquisition consultant

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT acquisition strategies to meet the companys technology needs efficiently and costeffectively.
• Identify evaluate and select vendors and suppliers of IT hardware software and services.
• Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with IT vendors and service providers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and company standards.
• Collaborate with IT finance and other departments to understand and fulfill their technology requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about new products services and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of IT acquisitions contracts and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and best practices in IT procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT products services and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
