Active Directory Engineer

Working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who wants to onboard an Active Directory Engineer with German to work remotely in Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment adoption and support of AD initiatives for customers.

Position: Active Directory Engineer with German (C1)

Work model: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Germany with 3040% of assignments requiring travel by train throughout the country.

Travel costs would be paid by the employer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers in building deploying operating and optimizing complex enterprise environments

Be a trusted advisor a specialist the room is looking to for guidance education and adherence to best practices risk mitigation etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in German (C1) and fluent in English (B1) language both verbal and written

Experience in Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 and Active Directory

Experience in operating system Client & Server configuration hardening security patch and update levels

Experience with operational processes

Experience of the privileged accounts/groups membership as well as regular account hygiene

Experience in the forest and domain trusts

Experience in key Active Directory object permission delegation

Ability to travel by train throughout the country to meet customers facetoface
