Sustainability and ESG Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for sustainability and ESG in the Oil & Gas industry We are seeking a Sustainability and ESG Manager to join our team in Kuwait. In this pivotal role you will lead our Sustainability and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives driving our sustainability agenda implementing ESG strategies and enhancing our environmental and social impact. Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys sustainability strategy goals and targets in alignment with industry bestpractices and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead the integration of sustainability principles into business operations processes and decisionmaking across
  the organization.
• Conduct ESG assessments and identify material ESG risks and opportunities for the company. Develop andimplement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage the companys ESG reporting process including the preparation of sustainability reports ESGdisclosures and responses to sustainability questionnaires and surveys.
• Monitor and track key sustainability and ESG performance indicators analyze trends and report findings to seniormanagement and stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including investors customers suppliers and community partners to promote transparency and collaboration on sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends regulations and standards related to sustainability and ESG and provide guidanceon their implications for the organization.
• Lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with departments such as operations finance human resources andmarketing to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance through the implementation of best practicesinnovation and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the company in external forums conferences and industry associations to showcase sustainabilityleadership and share best practices.

Your Technical Background:

• Bachelors degree in sustainability environmental science business or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of O&G experience in sustainability ESG management corporate responsibility or relatedfield.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles ESG frameworks (e.g. GRI SASB TCFD) and relevantregulations and standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability and ESG strategies initiatives and programs.
• Certification in sustainability (e.g. CSRP GSCP LEED) is a plus.
