Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic Retention Agent to join ourdynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retaining and nurturingrelationships with our Arabicspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.This role requires strong communication skills a deep understanding of the Forexmarket and the ability to work within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Retention: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand theirneeds address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Account Management: Manage and monitor client accounts providingpersonalized service to ensure clients are making the most of their tradingopportunities.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends news and developmentsto provide clients with timely and relevant information.
Compliance: Ensure all interactions and communications comply with regulatorystandards and company policies.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectivelyescalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Client Education: Educate clients about our products services and the Forexmarket to enhance their trading experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regularreports on retention activities and client feedback.
Qualications:
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) isessential.
Experience: Previous experience in a retention role within the Forex or nancialservices industry is highly desirable.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements andcompliance in the Forex industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Technical Skills: Prociency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to
think on your feet. CustomerFocused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional
customer service.
