Job Description
a) 8.00am – 5.30pm
b) 8.30am – 6.00pm
c) 9.00am – 6.30pm
Sales Administrator
Chinese / Must be able to speak Mandarin
5 min walk from Tuas West Road Station
Min. 1 year Admin Exp
Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and input data accurately into relevant software / programs
- Conduct thorough verification checks to ensure the accuracy of entered data before forwarding orders to the Production Department
- Maintain an organised filing system for all paperwork utilised in data entry processes to preserve records of original documents
- Offer administrative assistance and undertake additional tasks as required
Requirements:
- ITE Higher Nitec equivalent
- Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude towards tasks and colleagues
- Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced and potentially stressful work environment
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with using various software and programs
- Candidates able to commence work on short notice are preferred showcasing readiness and flexibility
