We are currently seeking a motivated and resultsoriented Business Developer to join our team on a commissionbased basis.

Tasks

Job Summary:

As a CommissionBased Business Developer you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities cultivate client relationships and develop strategies to meet sales targets. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a strong sales background who is motivated by performancebased earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify potential clients and market trends within the media industry.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored media solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present compelling business proposals presentations and contracts to potential clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build connections and promote the agencys services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities pipeline status and progress towards targets to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development sales or a related role preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation initiative and drive.
  • Education: Practical experience and a proven track record are valued.
